Having a solid fundraising plan is critical to the financial success of any organization and to overcome these challenges. In this workshop\, learn about the critical components of an annual fundraising program and how to translate that into a strategic plan that can be effectively implemented. Participants will have the opportunity to share their current strategies and get feedback from the speaker and other participants on new ideas. Participants will also walk away with the knowledge to create a strategic fundraising plan\, a case statement\, a gift range chart\, and a manageable calendar for all of their fundraising activities. Topics to be covered: IRS tax law updates\, Foreign Earned Income\, Schedule C - Travel\, Meals & Entertainment\, and new rules for Federal Tax Preparers\, including IRS Circular 230 and the IRS Panel. Enrolled Agents receive 8 CPE hours. Registration fee includes lunch. Registration begins at 7:30am.
