DESCRIPTION:The Santa Fe Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Youth Entrepreneurial Camp This FREE Camp seeks to provide youth to be responsible\, enterprising individuals who become entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial thinkers and who contribute to economic development and sustainable communities.   FREE four-day Student Entrepreneur Camp in Santa Fe from June 15th   June 18 at Santa Community College   Dear Youth Entrepreneurs and Parents\,The Santa Fe Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Youth Entrepreneur Project is sponsoring a FREE four-day Student Entrepreneur Camp in Santa Fe from June 15th   June 18 at Santa Community College. This camp will guide students who have shown special interest and promising business ideas through the process of developing a business plan as the first step in starting a business. Terri Strauss\, a local youth entrepreneur trainer\, will lead the Entrepreneur Camp that will include four days of expert instruction and guidance. Participants who complete the four-day training will be ready to work with their teachers or other adult sponsors to start a school-based enterprise or an individual business. All students who attend all four days of the Santa Fe camp and complete a business plan will be able to compete in the last day's Business Plan Competition. The top five finalists in the business plan competition at each camp will win $$$ to use as start-up capital for their business. The Santa Fe Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Youth Entrepreneur Camp will begin each day promptly at 10 am and end at 4 pm\, Monday  Thursday. Lunch will be provided. Transportation to and from the Santa Fe Community College is up to students\, parents\, or other adult sponsors. We request that all parents sign the Release of Liability Form and the Medical Emergency Form that will be sent to registered students. Full responsibility for the students in transit to the camp and before and after the camp each day is assumed by the parents. Attendance at the Youth Entrepreneur Camp is limited to 20 students per\ncamp from the Santa Fe School District.
